Q). When will my order arrive?

A). We usually ship out orders within 24 hours of the time purchased with a confirmation number. Domestic shipping is within 2 weeks, and international shipping is within 8 weeks. We cannot guarantee specific shipping dates.

Q). Do I have to pay a sales tax on my order?

A). Only on orders shipped within the state of New York.

A). Yes! We're a Division under SIMPLEROBB, INC. Our main headquarters is located in New York City. We also operate in the international market as well.

Q). I'm with the media. How do I request an interview with The R.I.D.S Company?

A). Contact our parent company SIMPLEROBB, INC. (simplerobb@gmail.com) with your request. We'll be more than happy to do interviews.

Q). What is R.I.D.S XPO?

A). The R.I.D.S XPO is a tech conference (more like a party) where we showcase what we and other tech companies currently have in production, and also what they have coming further in the future. We also provide delicious free food, sweet merch, and other goodies at the annual event.

Q). Can I get more stickers please?

A). Sure! Why not. Just email us a copy of your receipt and we'll ship them out within 24 hours.
